Are these real designer oils?
Our oils are inspired by luxury fragrances — perfume-grade, long-lasting, but not the original brands.
How do I use these products?
All products sold by Legacy Essence are for external, topical use only. Do not consume by mouth. Discontinue use and consult a physician if irritation occurs.
Where do your products come from?
Legacy Essence purchases items from a US based distributor for retail distribution in the US.

What if my order was damaged?
Contact us within 7 days with your order number and a photo. We’ll replace it or issue store credit.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — orders $99+ ship free in the Continental U.S.
How quickly will you process my order?
Order processing can take 2-3 days after payment. Delivery locations in the US, calendar dates when ordering, and delivery carrier can affect delivery times.
Where can you ship orders to?
We are currently serving the intercontinental United States at this time. International orders can not be filled at this time, sorry for any inconvenience.
What is the average shipping time?
Shipping may take an average of up to 4-7 mailing days in most cases. Seasonal delays can occur. You will be notified by email in the event.
What if I have a shipping problem?
If there are any problems with your package, please contact customer support. Your receipt number, name, email, and telephone are required for better assistance.
Returns FAQs
At Legacy Essence, we take pride in offering high-quality fragrance oils and self-care products. Your satisfaction is important to us. Review the entire policy.
What qualifies as a return or can be exchanged?
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
All items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to be eligible for return or exchange.
Due to the nature of fragrance oils and personal care products, used/opened items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Custom blends, clearance products, and giftmarked “Final Sale” are not eligible for return or exchange.
What if my order was damaged or wrong?
If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt.
We will gladly replace the item or issue store credit. Please provide your order number and a photo of the item(s) when you reach out.
How do I start a return?
1. Email us at support@legacyessence.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. Our team will provide return instructions and a return authorization.
3. Package your items securely and ship them back within 7 days of receiving return approval.
What about a refund?
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once returned items are received and inspected.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (damaged or incorrect product).
What about final sales items?
Custom blends, clearance products, and gift sets marked “Final Sale” are not eligible for return or exchange.
