Returns & Exchanges

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

All items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to be eligible for return or exchange.

Due to the nature of fragrance oils and personal care products, used/opened items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt.

We will gladly replace the item or issue store credit. Please provide your order number and a photo of the item(s) when you reach out.

Refunds

Refund are issued to the original payment method once returned items are received and inspected.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (damaged or incorrect product).

How to Start a Return

1. Email us at support@legacy-essence.net with your order number and reason for return.

2. Our team will provide return instructions and a return authorization.

3. Package your items securely and ship them back within 7 days of receiving return approval.

Final Sale Items

Custom blends, clearance products, and gift sets marked “Final Sale” are not eligible for return or exchange.
